Your meats will arrive from PTM Online Ltd frozen.

WE GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDER.

We weigh our meat on electronic digital scales carefully monitored for accuracy so you will always receive the weight you ordered, or more. In addition, we work hard to ensure that your order is picked and shipped correctly. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and give you an opportunity to substitute.

WE ASK YOU TO NOTIFY US OF PROBLEMS BY THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Our "Promise of Excellence" is your assurance of quality from PTM Online Ltd. If we fail to live up to any aspect of our guarantee, we will replace your order or refund your money, provided that you notify us by emailing us, by the next business day after receipt of your order. Do not return any product without first making arrangements with PTM Online Ltd. (We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe to be unfounded or fraudulent.)

Our "Promise of Excellence" Guarantee is limited in quantum to the value of the purchase order by the Claimee. No liability for any loss over and above the original purchase price is accepted.
